Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide clarity and fairness in our cancellation process. Any bookings made through www.thehouf.co.uk will fall under the below policies, any bookings made via third party booking companies will unfortunately come under their terms and conditions. 

  • Full Refund: Guests who cancel their booking at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable service fees.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than five (5) days before the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Host Cancellation: Although cancellations by us are rare, and some cancellations are beyond our control we will you as the guest a full refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow a 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted through the booking platform or via direct communication with our team. You will receive a confirmation that your booking has been cancelled, if this has not been received within 24 hours of cancelling your booking please contact us again.

We encourage guests to review this policy carefully at the time of booking to ensure full understanding.
